Job summary

ISN In-House is seeking a qualified professional to support the HSEQ RAVS team in Dallas. You will help facilitate desktop audits, coordinate improvement initiatives, and provide safety-related technical support to clients.

The role requires familiarity with health, safety, environment legislation and standards, and a self-motivated approach to handle day-to-day duties in a fast-growing organization.

• Coordinate protocol development and implementation initiatives.
• Proactively analyze processes for continuous improvement.
• Create resources and reference materials for clients.

Job description

Job Summary

This position works on the HSEQ RAVS (Review and Verification Services) team to facilitate desktop audits of health and safety programs, coordinate process improvement initiatives, provide safety related technical support to clients, and participate in various research activities. It requires that one possess familiarity with HSEQ-related legislation and standards, be self-motivated, and willing to assist with all of the day-to-day demands inherent to a rapidly growing organization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and enhance health and safety review protocols as necessitated by legislated requirements


• Assist and support ISNetworld contractor/ supplier clients; meet clients at their locations


• Review contractor HSEQ documentation and processes, and communicate compliance/gaps in regard to regulatory requirements


• Perform desktop audits of health and safety programs; verify statistical information


• Coordinate various review protocol development and implementation initiatives


• Proactively analyze processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement


• Research and develop various resources and reference documents for clients

Compensation

: $83,000 annual base salary with opportunity to earn up to $8,000 annual target incentives. Total annual potential compensation up to $91,000.

Onsite Requirements

Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
