Job summary

PHI Health, a leading air medical provider based in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an Auditor, HSEQ to conduct comprehensive audits across operations, ensuring compliance with policies and government regulations.

The role collaborates with Operations, Maintenance and Clinical teams to manage the Surveillance program, develop reports, track findings, and ensure corrective actions are effective. Strong communication and QA expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years in a similar Air Medical Transportation role.
• FAA A&P license preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports and quality assurance documentation.
• Project management and problem-solving skills necessary.
• Industry Recognized Quality Assurance/Quality Auditor Training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, detailed, and objective audits to ensure PHI Health departments and bases comply with policies and government regulators.
• Manage Operational Areas Surveillance Program, coordinate schedules, findings, and corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to bases to support compliance with policies.
• Offer routine quality assurance trends to clearly communicate gaps and drive actions.
• Use established audit checklists and regulatory references to record findings and observations.
• Stay informed on current policies, regulations, and audit content.
