Job summary

PHI Health is seeking an Internal Evaluation Auditor to lead HSEQ audits across our air medical operations in Phoenix, AZ. The role collaborates with Operations, Maintenance and Clinical teams to drive corrective actions and ensure regulatory compliance.

A strong background in quality assurance, audit reporting, and problem-solving is required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred, with 5+ years in similar roles and an FAA A&P license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a minimum of 5 years in a similar Air Medical Transportation role.
• FAA A&P license preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports and quality assurance documentation.
• Project management and problem-solving skills necessary.
• Industry Recognized Quality Assurance/Quality Auditor Training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive HSEQ audits across PHI Health's operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance and Clinical teams.
• Develop, revise and conduct audits for all PHI Health operations.
• Develop reporting and status tracking for findings and corrective actions.
• Ensure effectiveness of corrective actions and reopen non-conformances.
• Provide technical support to bases to ensure policy compliance.
