Job summary

Redconsult in Lancaster is seeking an experienced HSEQ Administrator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support HSEQ duties such as internal communications, document generation and general office administration.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in a similar role, experience with management systems, strong MS Office skills and the ability to conduct internal audits and liaise with suppliers and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with management systems.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience with audits/inspections.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide office administration and support as directed.
• Maintain and plan the IMS.
• Assist with ERP administration where applicable.
• Triaging and monitoring issues and improvements and actioning them.
• Conduct internal first-party audits.
• Coordinate with Projects, HR and Operations as directed.
