Job summary

Nordex SE is seeking a HSE Training Manager to support the mission of providing clean power through renewable energy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE training programs across the organization.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HSE experience. This role offers a salary range of $95,000 – $105,000 with bonuses, as well as comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HSE experience, at least 3 years in training program development.
• Experience in renewable energy or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with GWO/IADC training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE training matrix for all roles.
• Implement and improve technical and safety training programs.
• Ensure training materials align with regulations.
• Monitor compliance with training requirements.
