Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health, Safety or Sustainability.
• 3–5 years of experience in a comparable EHS role with systems deployment.
• Ability to articulate EHS requirements and regulations clearly.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills with change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to California and San Jose EHS laws and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
• Investigate accidents, perform root cause analysis and recommend actions.
• Lead site inspections and oversee ergonomic and health programs.
• Develop training, promote safety culture and maintain EHS records.
• Provide KPI analysis and partner with leadership to reduce risk.
