PCL Construction is seeking a Safety & Health professional in Santa Barbara, CA to implement and support project HSE plans and training.

You will lead district safety communications, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and help develop safe work practices across projects. The role emphasizes ongoing safety coaching, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with field teams.
