Job summary

IPEX, a leader in thermoplastic piping systems, seeks an HSE Specialist to support our Manufacturing Plant. On-site role, reporting to the HSE Business Partner, focusing on maintaining and improving HSE systems and KPIs.

You'll drive health, safety, and environmental programs, deliver training, coordinate audits, and lead investigations to strengthen the safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in health, safety & environment.
• 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Experience with incident investigations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain HSE programs and site procedures.
• Drive site HSE activities and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate audits and investigations into incidents.
