Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an HSE Supervisor to lead health, safety, and environmental programs within a manufacturing setting in Florida. You’ll oversee training, incident reporting, audits, and compliance, partnering with site leadership to advance IPS’s safety policies and continuous improvement efforts.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years managing safety programs, OSHA 500 training or equivalent certification, and strong communication skills to influence teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in safety and health program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety Management preferred.
• OSHA 500 Trainer certification is preferred.
• Certification from a recognized safety body (BCSP or equivalent) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related safety software.

Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety, and environmental programs within a manufacturing setting.
• Educate and train location staff on federal, state, and local HSE laws.
• Build relationships with staff, visitors, and contractors to reinforce safety.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
• Support HSE phase progression and Leader Standard Work processes.
• Develop and maintain safety metrics and annual calendars.
