Job summary

Dover Precision Components is hiring a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist for our Rock Island, Illinois facility. This full-time role provides on-site HSE support, ensures OSHA, EPA and DOT compliance, and coordinates programs with the global HSE team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing HSE, a BS/BA (preferred), strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead safety improvements, incident investigations, training, and contractor oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT compliance standards.
• BS/BA degree in business (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time health, safety and environmental support for operations and ensure OSHA regulatory compliance.
• Develop and coordinate HSE programs in line with our Safety Always mission.
• Participate in compliance reviews, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with Global HSE team on hazardous material procedures and policies.
• Maintain HSE logs and documentation ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
