Job summary

Dover Precision Components is hiring a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist for our Rock Island, Illinois ISO-certified manufacturing facility. You will provide full-time HSE support, ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance, and help develop and coordinate safety programs in line with our Safety Always mission.

3+ years of manufacturing HSE experience and strong regulatory knowledge are required, with a proven track record of leading safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT compliance standards.
• Proven ability to implement and lead impactful HSE programs.
• Technical expertise with focus on continuous safety improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time health, safety and environmental support for operations.
• Ensure practices follow OSHA regulatory requirements and Company policy.
• Develop and coordinate HSE programs in line with our Safety Always mission.
• Maintain HSE records and documentation; support audits and training.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analyses to drive improvements.
