Job summary

Capol, part of the Freudenberg Group, seeks an HSE Specialist to support site safety and regulatory compliance at the City of Industry facility. You will help ensure OSHA/Cal/OSHA compliance, lead audits, and strengthen environmental programs on the production floor.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 3+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing or related settings. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus Excel/Outlook proficiency; bilingual

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing, food, chemical, or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Experience with audits, incident investigations, safety training, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• 3+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing, food, chemical, or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Experience with audits, incident investigations, safety training, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
