Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Health Safety Environmental (HSE) Specialist to support HSE programs across our operations, including chemical plants, laboratories, farms, fabrication shop and the corporate office.
You will lead facility HSE assessments, coordinate medical monitoring programs, develop procedures, deliver training, investigate incidents, and help ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA compliance across sites. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb ladders, lift 25 lbs., and walk for up to 4continuoushoursa day.at any given time.
Must beable to be full face respirator certified.
