Bosch is seeking a dual-function HSE and Security professional to implement and manage safety, environmental programs, and physical security across the site. You will enforce regulations, lead training, investigations, audits, and coordinate emergency responses while aligning with Bosch directives.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, loss prevention, and collaboration with regulators and local authorities to strengthen overall safety and security posture.

Qualifications

• College degree or HS diploma required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehousing or industrial environments in an HSE/Security function.
• Proficient MS Office and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Implement and enforce safety and environmental requirements (ISO 14001, OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001).
• Lead HSE training, audits, and incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate plant safety teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coordinate comprehensive physical security measures per PSMS and Bosch directives.
• Conduct security audits, investigate incidents, and coordinate emergency responses.
• Maintain documentation to meet Bosch directives and regulatory requirements.
