Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Security Specialist in the United States. The role blends 50% HSE responsibilities with 50% security oversight across manufacturing/warehouse environments.

You will implement safety and environmental standards, conduct root-cause analyses, and coordinate plant safety teams. Responsibilities include policy development, training, audits, and collaboration with regulators.

Qualifications

• College Degree or HS Diploma is required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehousing or industrial environments in an HSE or Security role.
• Bachelor Degree in Health, Safety or Environmental Science or Security preferred.
• Knowledge of Safety and Environmental Management Systems (ISO14001, ISO45001) and Security is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and/or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HSE activities including safety and environmental compliance.
• Perform incident investigations and root-cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate plant safety teams and provide training materials.
• Develop and revise HSE policies and procedures for the site.
• Lead security programs, audits, and loss-prevention initiatives across sites.
• Interface with state and federal authorities and regulators as needed.
