Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an HSE Manager at the Denver-Kingston Service Center to lead health, safety, and environmental programs. You will develop, implement, and maintain processes that promote a safe working environment and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

You will partner with IPS leadership to ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local HSE regulations, deliver training (Electrical Safety, LOTO), and conduct periodic audits and self-assessments to

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Environmental Science.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in safety, compliance, and environmental programs in manufacturing or service/repair settings.
• Ability to implement HSE programs and achieve measurable goals.
• Strong oral and written communication, leadership, project management, organizational, analytical, and auditing skills.
• Willingness to travel and support multiple shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental processes.
• Promote a safety-focused culture across the facility.
• Provide HSE data and recommendations to leadership.
• Establish and implement HSE procedures, systems, and programs.
• Conduct periodic audits/self-assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide health and safety training, including Electrical Safety and LOTO.
