Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of HSE frameworks, OSHA standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HSE pre-screening processes and documentation.
• Process-driven with the ability to standardize and scale HSE practices across a large group.
• Strategic thinker who understands day-to-day HSE operations while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report HSE performance using KPIs to stakeholders.
• Support delivery of annual HSE plans and objectives in your area.
• Drive behavioral change to improve HSE performance through core programs.
• Facilitate sharing of best practices and apply standardized processes globally.
