Job description

Role & Responsibilities

To take care of the HSE requirements of QatarEnergy LNG (Qatargas) warehouses located in Raslaffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Track and arrange the training (Plant Safety Induction & Third Party Training) as per the job description for the contractor's manpower at warehouses.
2. Make sure that the LSR is not violated and strictly followed by the personnel.
3. Implement and monitor the best safety practices on the site.
4. Check and update the management on various safety reports on weekly and monthly reports.
5. Conduct weekly and monthly safety walks and update the reports.
6. Conduct emergency drills and different internal trainings for the personnel.
7. Check and make sure that the equipment at the site, owned by both QatarEnergy LNG and the contractor, is in good condition and meets all the required compliance requirements.
8. Conduct toolbox talks and record the reports.
9. Review and replenishment of first aid kits.
10. PTW preparations.
11. Risk assessments.
12. Develop JSA with the help of the operational teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. NEBOSH IGC is a must.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Middle East, in the oil and gas sector as an HSE Officer, and a total of 4 years of experience.
3. Experience in warehouses as an HSE officer is an added advantage.
4. Good reading and writing skills.
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
6. Bachelor's degree in any stream.
7. Proficiency in Office 365 applications and Outlook.
8. Problem-solving skills.
