Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial safety.
• Heavy manufacturing and environmental compliance preferred.
• Experience leading HSE leaders at site level.
• Willingness to travel domestically (15%+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and ensure HSE program compliance with regulations.
• Establish safety monitoring programs and conduct audits.
• Coordinate industrial hygiene assessments and mitigations.
• Assess training needs and provide or coordinate training.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with external safety organizations and auditors.
• Prepare compliance reports and support HSE planning.
• Oversee HSE across multiple sites and promote safety culture.
