In the short term, assess HSE programs, identify gaps, and develop actionable plans; long term, partner with leadership to drive accountability and continuous safety improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related.
• 5+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing compliance programs, audits, and regulatory inspections.
