The HSE Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance and initiatives within our scale division. This role ensures the safety of our employees, clients, and vendors by developing, implementing, and maintaining effective HSE programs, policies, and training. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, field-oriented, and committed to fostering a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.

This is a full-time onsite position; 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel.
