Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking an HSE-focused professional to adapt training concepts and deliver risk assessment training across all employees. You will track incidents and implement corrective measures while guiding the risk assessment process and updating safety policies.

The role includes reviewing Safety Culture tools, supporting plant installations and social facilities, and advising on equipment purchases and work method improvements, including ergonomic considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related HSE experience in engineering or process operations.
• Internal Auditor training for HSE Management Systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with Safety Culture tools and Freudenberg HSE principles.

• Adapting training concepts and instruction methods about HSE matters and supporting the accountable functions in training all employees to carry out risk assessments.
• Tracking HSE incidents and provide measures, including training to avoid similar events in the future.
• Monitoring to ensure that risk assessments are carried out and continuously updated and providing guidance throughout the risk assessment process.
