Job Overview:

• Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 — $120,000 per year (Plus Performance-Based & Annual Bonus)
• Location: Maurice, LA (30% Travel Required)

You will lead corporate health, safety, and environmental strategies across active construction project sites. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Manage company-wide health, safety, and environmental programs across commercial construction sites.

• Partner directly with project managers and site leadership to mitigate environmental risks.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification or equivalent credential.
• Proven experience managing safety programs within active construction environments.
• Required travel up to 30% to visit project sites as needed.

• Strong leadership and communication skills necessary to influence site safety culture.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in an HSE management or leadership capacity.
• Completion of a trade program, technical certification, or relevant degree in safety management.
• Experience in fire protection, industrial trades, or commercial contracting safety.
