The HSE Manager role provides an exciting opportunity to foster an injury and environmental incident-free HSE culture in a fast-growing organization. Under the supervision of the Senior Director of HSE, you will partner with various RRNA teams to ensure our projects adhere to all required protocols and create a positive environment for the safety of our employees, contractors, the environment, and RRNA’s assets. Establishing and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors, and addressing project HSE needs/issues with the appropriate Repsol Renewables NA team is essential.
The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
