We Guide, You Grow LLC seeks an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Officer in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to lead safety programs across our manufacturing organization. You will develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE initiatives, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the factory floor, strong communication, and a commitment to fostering a strong safety culture.

Qualificações

• Experience in health, safety, environmental (HSE) management.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement safety trainings and maintain documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead health, safety, and environmental programs and initiatives.
• Promote proactive safety culture at all levels of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Investigate incidents and assist root-cause analysis.
• Develop and conduct employee safety training and education.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, reports, and filings.
• Monitor safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with leadership to reinforce safe work practices.
• Assist in emergency response planning.
• Stay current on changes to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
