Interns will support teams delivering EHS initiatives, participate in projects related to environmental stewardship, and gain hands‑on experience with operational excellence. Highlights include exposure to regulatory compliance, emissions studies, incident prevention, and professional networking.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Industrial Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, or related fields.
• Two years of experience or less; willingness to work at domestic and international locations as opportunities arise.
• Ability to demonstrate The Chevron Way and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Advising on environmental regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Developing procedures, guidelines, and control technology assessments.
• Conducting emissions estimates, environmental impact assessments, and site remediation assessments.
• Developing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and delivering safety courses.
• Participating in training and mentoring within a diverse team.
