Job summary

Michels Energy Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to lead job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations and emergency response across the United States.

You will support operations by communicating and enforcing existing HSE programs and conducting meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations. The role requires at least 3 years in a safety role and 5 years in electrical, oil or gas environments; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred;

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role.
• 5 years of experience in electrical, oil or gas industries.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regionally.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs through meetings, trainings and new hire orientations.
• Travel to projects across the United States.
