Job summary

Michels Energy Holdings is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to support our projects across the United States. You will conduct site visits, audits, and investigations while assisting operations with HSE program compliance and training. Frequent travel and flexible hours are required.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in safety and 5+ years in oil/gas, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred and a valid driver's license. AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role.
• 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time across the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible and varied work schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of existing HSE programs by performing meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
• Travel to projects across the United States.
