Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to ensure a safe and compliant workplace across manufacturing environments in Ponca City, OK. The role supports health, safety, and environmental programs for custom engineered trailers and heavy equipment production.

You will promote a strong safety culture, assist with regulatory compliance, and help drive risk mitigation across operations. A manufacturing background and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Daily in-person attendance in Ponca City, OK.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• 5+ years of relevant HSE experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Promote and foster a strong safety culture across all operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, MSHA and company HSE policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to mitigate risks.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Support drug and alcohol testing programs as required.
• Deliver safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE training programs.
• Track and report HSE metrics and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to integrate safety into daily activities.
