Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking an HSE Analyst to support the development, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise Health, Safety & Environmental programs across multiple disciplines. You will maintain documentation, governance processes, and reporting to enable informed leadership decisions.
The role emphasizes data analysis, management system administration, and cross-functional coordination to drive compliance and program excellence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting compliance, risk, safety, quality, governance, or business programs.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Office and data tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance HSE dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE performance reports for leadership.
- Publish scorecards and track progress against goals and targets.
- Develop executive summaries and briefing materials from data.
- Support benchmarking and performance measurements.
