Job summary

TheCorporate LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst II/III to support Health, Safety & Environmental initiatives by analyzing processes, interpreting data, and translating regulatory information into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with HSE, Operations, Engineering, IT, and Data Analytics teams to drive process improvement, dashboards, and reporting, leveraging SQL, Power BI, Python, and other tools to inform change and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Alternate: High School Diploma/GED with 7 years relevant experience.
• Experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, business analysis, or related areas.
• Strong experience analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Experience developing business requirements, process documentation, and workflow designs.
• Experience with performance metrics, reporting, data visualization, and business insights.
