Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions, Inc. is seeking a High School Special Education Teacher / Case Manager in Philadelphia, PA. You will develop IEPs for students with autism and life skills needs and serve as the case manager coordinating meetings and family collaboration.

You will deliver differentiated instruction, monitor progress with data-driven adjustments, and foster a safe, structured classroom that supports positive behavior and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field is required.
• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification with autism and life skills experience.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, case management, behavior strategies, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for high school students with autism and life skills needs.
• Serve as the Case Manager by coordinating IEP meetings, maintaining compliance, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver differentiated instruction that promotes academic, functional, social, and independent living skills.
• Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and adjust instructional strategies based on data.
• Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that supports positive behavior and student success.
