Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety protocols, emergency response, and environmental best practices.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Collaborate with management and external agencies to ensure continuous improvement in HS&E performance and regulatory compliance.
