Job summary

CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as HS Dean of Students at St. Charles North High School for the 2026 - 2027 SY.

This is a full-time, 10-month position with a salary range of $72,000-$95,134 (without TRS). The Dean of Students will provide leadership to maintain a safe school environment and coordinate MTSS, while organizing and analyzing academic and social-emotional assessments to determine Tier 1–3 supports and contribute to the continuous improvement of school-wide

Qualifications

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) is required.
• General Administrative or Principal endorsement is required.
• Illinois Teacher Evaluation Approval is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, healthy school environment for students and staff.
• Coordinate MTSS within the building.
• Organize and support academic and social-emotional assessment administration and analysis to determine Tier 1, 2, and 3 support.
• Participate in the alignment and integration of school-wide academic, social, and behavioral strategies and interventions.
