Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enforce all rules of the Kansas State High School Activities Association.
• Supervise student athletes during participation to minimize injury risk and ensure proper conduct.
• Maintain and verify required participation forms, waivers, and eligibility documentation.
• Organize practice schedules, facilities use, and equipment management to ensure efficient program operation.
• Oversee coaching staff and student managers, provide guidance on instructional techniques and responsibilities.
• Monitor student-athlete academic eligibility and provide interventions as needed.
• Communicate with administration, parents and athletes about expectations and sportsmanship.
