The Upper Perkiomen School District High School in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania is seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our coaching staff as a part-time Boys Indoor Track Assistant Coach. You will mentor student-athletes, foster teamwork, and promote personal growth through sports.

Responsibilities include leading practices and games on weekday evenings and Saturdays, communicating with players, parents, and staff, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment while submitting required

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of sport-specific rules and gameplay.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare student-athletes both physically and mentally for practices and competitions, with a focus on skill development and understanding of the game.
• Support the growth and organization of the athletic program.
• Lead and attend practices and games on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, fellow coaches, faculty, and school administration.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment during practices, games, locker room activities, and transportation.
• Complete and submit all necessary documentation by deadlines set by the Athletic Department.
