The Upper Perkiomen School District is seeking a passionate individual to join our boys wrestling coaching staff at the High School in Pennsburg, PA. This part-time role involves mentoring student-athletes, leading practices and games, and promoting teamwork and personal growth through sport.

Responsibilities include skill development, program support, effective communication with players, parents, and staff, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment while meeting all athletic department

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships within a team environment.

• Prepare student-athletes both physically and mentally for practices and competitions, with a focus on skill development and understanding of the game.
• Support the growth and organization of the athletic program.
• Lead and attend practices and games on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, fellow coaches, faculty, and school administration.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment during practices, games, locker room activities, and transportation.
• Complete and submit all necessary documentation by deadlines set by the Athletic Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare student-athletes both physically and mentally for practices and competitions, with a focus on skill development and understanding of the game.

Pre-Employment Requirements: All applicants must complete the following prior to employment:

• PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Form (including Physical and TB test)
• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
• Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
