The Upper Perkiomen School District is seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our coaching staff. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about mentoring student-athletes, fostering teamwork, and promoting personal growth through sports.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of sport-specific rules and gameplay (e.g., soccer or basketball).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare student-athletes both physically and mentally for practices and competitions, with a focus on skill development and understanding of the game.
• Support the growth and organization of the athletic program.
• Lead and attend practices and games on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, fellow coaches, faculty, and school administration.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment during practices, games, locker room activities, and transportation.
• Complete and submit all necessary documentation by the deadlines set by the Athletic Department.

• PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Form (including Physical and TB test)
• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
• Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
