Overview:

Round Valley High School is seeking a dedicated and experiencedBaseball Head Coachto lead our high schoolbaseballprogram. Thecoachwill be responsible for developing student-athletes both on and off the field, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Head CoachExperience:
  • Demonstrated experience as aheadbaseballcoachat the high school level or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effectivecoachingstrategies that lead to success on the field.
  • Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing high schoolbaseball.
• Community Engagement:
  • Ability to establish and maintain meaningful and sustainable relationships with the local community, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in community events, fundraisers, and activities to build support for the baseballprogram.
• Player Development:

• Team Management:
