Job summary

Valor Healthcare in Albuquerque, NM seeks a BSN-educated Registered Nurse to support the DOE OST Human Reliability Program. You will perform HRP evaluations, document findings, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure occupational health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

This full-time role involves emergency response readiness, case management support, and ongoing training, with a background investigation and ability to obtain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license required.
• Minimum 12 months clinical experience within past 36 months.
• Experience in emergency care and occupational health services.
• Ability to support HRP evaluations and case management; security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial, annual, and special HRP evaluations or services.
• Document findings and prepare reports per DOE requirements.
• Coordinate with SOMD, Program Manager, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with 10 CFR 712, OSHA, and Privacy Act.
• Maintain readiness of equipment, records, and systems.
• Participate in training, drills, and emergency response activities.
• Identify and report conditions impacting safety, reliability, or mission readiness.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
