Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO)

In this role, you will close sales and win new business within a defined territory, attending ADP’s award‑winning training program. You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision‑makers, set appointments, gather leads from internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions that improve employees’ lives from hire to retire.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Close sales and win business by implementing a top‑down sales strategy within a protected territory to meet sales goals.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: Recommend the right solutions to help clients address real business needs and earn referral business by networking with existing and prospective clients.
• Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: Cross‑sell additional cloud‑based human resources solutions with other ADP associates and cultivate long‑term business within existing accounts.
• Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Positive Self‑Starter: Upbeat, persistent style, ability to cold‑call, manage time, prioritize deliverables, and multitask while presenting ideas clearly on paper, in person, and over the phone.
