Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HRIS Analyst to support and enhance their Human Resource Management System. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and other systems within the HRO Support team
- Resolve support tickets logged by clients, ensuring timely resolution in line with service level agreements
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coach and train clients on effective utilization of the UKG system to enhance self-service capabilities
- Develop and lead analytics strategies to provide necessary data and insights to support business operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience with UKG Pro
- 1-3 years of experience with UKG Learning Management System
- 1-3 years of experience with UKG Onboarding
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
