What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and other related systems
- Serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas, ensuring data integrity and system configuration
- Resolve support tickets logged by clients, ensuring timely responses in alignment with service level agreements
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coach and train clients on effective utilization of the UKG system to enhance self-service capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 - 3 years of experience with UKG Pro
- 1 - 3 years of experience with UKG Learning Management System
- 1 - 3 years of experience with UKG Onboarding
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Experience with HR and benefits enrollment systems, particularly UltiPro
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
