HRMS / HRIS Techno-Functional Analyst / Support Specialist:
  1. Administer, enhance, and support HR systems, focusing on UKG / Kronos applications (time clock / attendance setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting).
  2. This role serves as the technical point of contact for system maintenance and configuration, ensuring data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvements.
  3. Support and manage time clock (time and attendance) infrastructure.
  4. Design and implement complex accrual rules and attendance point systems (must have experience configuring and managing complex accrual calculations and rules).
  5. Develop and maintain attendance policies and warning templates.
  6. Design and implement standard operating procedures for the HR Technology team.
