The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the daily support of the Compensation Department. First level review of all new requests to ensure accuracy and completeness. Input and maintenance of job profiles, processing of compensation transactions, and managing related information into the PeopleSoft HCM system. Works closely with all levels of management across the Health System to resolve issues and ensure accuracy of data.
Education
Associates Degree (Required)
Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
3 Years experience in a related HR function. (Required)
1 Year experience in Compensation or HRIS (Preferred)
General Experience with Human Resources Information Systems such as PeopleSoft HCM. (Preferred)
License/Certifications
PHR - Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)
