Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an HRIS Program Lead to serve as the primary technology partner to the HR organization, owning the HR technology ecosystem, driving implementations and improvements, and partnering with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to deliver solutions.

The role requires strong HR functional knowledge and hands-on HR technology experience, with SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software as key platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, information systems, or related field.
• Strong HR knowledge with HR technology expertise.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software.
• Experience in multi-country and multi-time zone environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of HR compliance requirements and system design implications.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled HR technology solutions, automation, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• HRIS technology leadership: own the HRIS portfolio and lead implementations.
• Process improvement: automate and simplify HR workflows.
• Policy & governance: support policy development and ensure compliance.
• Program & project management: manage HRIS projects from planning to deployment.
• Data management & reporting: maintain data integrity and analytics support.
• Stakeholder partnership: advise HR business partners and manage change communications.
