Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an HRIS Product Owner to drive the success of the HRIS product by defining, prioritizing, and delivering features aligned with business goals.

The role requires ownership of the product roadmap, collaboration with stakeholders and development teams, and a focus on value delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• 4+ years proven experience leading cross functional projects and managing deadlines for a functional team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with both technical and business resources.
• Ability to lead with influence and assist team members with decision making and conflict resolution.
• Innovative and experimental approach to solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal vision and roadmap for the product and successfully communicate the vision to key stakeholders.
• Be knowledgeable of product features, roadmap, competitors, and Cintas business process.
• Formulate and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for identified problems to solve.
• Own product backlog and set product priorities based on business value and delivery effort.
• Ensure all projects, technical enhancements, and incidents are properly prioritized, documented, designed, tested, and implemented, ensuring the highest level of quality.
• Collaborate with resources both internal to Cintas and with Cintas vendors, including software providers, to ensure usability, availability, and legal compliance with all HRIS changes Manage release activities, ensuring smooth deployment and stakeholder communication.

As an HRIS Product Owner at Cintas, you will be responsible for the success of your product by defining, prioritizing, and executing product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maximizing value delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business analysts to translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements. Your role will be pivotal in driving product development, backlog management, and ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams. A successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Responsibilities:

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role

• Ability to lead with influence and assist team members with decision making and conflict resolution
• Innovative and experimental approach to solving complex problems

Preferred:

• Experience in modern product management craft and domain (tools, methods, and practices) such as Agile methodologies and sprint planning
• Configuration experience with SAP Payroll, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SuccessFactors, or other HR cloud solutions
