REBEL Convenience Stores is seeking a Payroll System Specialist to support the Sr. HRIS/Payroll Manager in maintaining and improving HR and payroll systems. You will handle employee records, ensure timely payroll tax filings, and generate reports for management, while delivering excellent employee support.

Role requires 3+ years of payroll processing, strong data analytics, and proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office. The position is on site in Upland, CA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' payroll processing experience.
• BA/BS in HR or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with payroll, HRIS, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Process full cycle multi-state payrolls and related records.
• Audit payroll changes monthly for accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments on projects and improvements.
• Educate management on payroll practices and laws.
• Maintain and update payroll system data and exemptions.
