The Central Connecticut Coast YMCA in New Haven, CT is seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Specialist to administer biweekly payroll, maintain HRIS records, and prepare HRIS/payroll reports. This hybrid role requires three on-site days weekly (including Tuesdays and Thursdays), with two days remote.

Ideal candidates have hands-on payroll experience, strong UKG Ready proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot system and payroll issues while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Formación

• Minimum three years of payroll, HRIS, or related experience, including hands-on payroll processing, employee data management, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel; UKG Ready experience strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing and analyzing payroll and HRIS reports.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve system and payroll issues.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide system guidance and support to employees and supervisors.
• Associate's degree in HR/Business/Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• Ability to work onsite in New Haven, CT, three days per week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsabilidades

• Administer biweekly payroll via UKG Ready, including review and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and process employee transactions.
• Prepare and analyze HRIS and payroll reports.
• Research and resolve payroll, timekeeping, and data issues.
• Identify improvements to UKG workflows and reporting.
• Provide technical guidance on UKG functionality and payroll processes.
