Scion is paving a path in student living, and we’re seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and user support.
The HRIS Coordinator is an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset. This is an in-office opportunity, based at our Chicago headquarters.

What We Require
The base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000-$65,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
